There is SO much more freedom in starting from scratch!

I like the possibilities of creating through real estate through so many methods and allowance for financial freedom.

But more importantly, I want to get to enough cash flow that my husband and I achieve the first level of Financial Freedom, where all of our bills can be paid by cash flow. 

In short, to achieve and maintain financial freedom.

I obtained financial freedom at 35 years of age.I am not trying to sell a retirement account like others are.Real estate outside of a retirement account > real estate inside of a retirement account. 

Starting slowly but love the idea of meeting like minded people who are passionate about helping others and pursuing freedom.

I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and have recently embarked on my journey as a real estate investor.I aim to build a solid foundation in real estate investing that allows me to achieve financial freedom.

I'm considering moving out of state when I retire and am factoring in health care costs in the future.
