Deja vu from 2005-2007..........Yes, you need to leverage your equity to keep moving forward....wont argue that....but to pull out ALL your equity to go buy more properties in a very high market, sounds like a huge gamble to me..... use the leverage....hell yes.....but using ALL of your equity is a huge ALL IN bet..... you better be able to back it up if there is a big correction......Guess I'm just a wimp.....hope you are right.......

If you set your foundation TO BE a website, and you are planning to use your website as the main means to be found, then sure a website is the way to go first.BUT, if you manage to get a fantastic credibility score with your facebook page, twitter page, youtube channel, where you broadcast all your purchases, have a series of house flipping adventures all recorded, and the entire state raves about your facebook page with a ton of shares comments and reviews... do you think a desperate seller is going to pass you by because "I see no cheap wix site"?

Or you would be forced to sell at a greater loss than you now face.Although real estate investing at the best of times is high risk what you face with this property, in my opinion, is a 100% gamble.

However generally speaking I believe that if you can pass a driving test you can study and pass a RE Salespersons test with the same amount of energy.Now actually selling RE/contracts/farming/networking etc are another story, but getting licensed is easy.Good Luck in your adventure!
