The GC/architect can also enlighten you as to time-frames for approval and permitting through the city (we have had several month-long delays in Indy due to folks working from home) because you'll need to factor in your holding costs.If you don't already have team set-up prior to purchase - I would hold off until you have that put together or until you have more experience yourself.
