Looks like a disabled person who couldn't care for herself.

Or they are on disability and you can't garnishee disability, so if they decide not to pay you're just out of luck.You really have to SCREEN to get the few good ones who are out there. 

That being said - if you have service connected disability (or a couple of other qualifiers) you have the funding fee waived entirely.

I'm going back in couple weeks and want to know how to gain entry....hes claiming his disabled son is  afraid and threatened by me (eye roll) again, never said a thing to son and I live in florida and haven't been at house since i gave them the keys..

The AHA requires all tenants to work or be in school if they aren’t disabled, so I like the tenant pool better than the other S8 programs in the area.

What about job loss, divorce, disability, poor economy, family troubles, etc. 

My tenant wants to renew lease and move his disabled wife and stepdaughters in.

Ok so here’s the deal...A high school friend of mine down on his luck (stroke victim, divorce, health issues, etc) is nearing achievement of obtaining disability due to health issues.
