First, I’d check the sale documents and listing details to see if the property was explicitly marketed as a triplex.

My rule of thumb is the more details you include about the property the more quality leads that you obtain.

But I also feel like I need to be more cautious than 2021 when I bought my first STR property. would love to connect with some of you and hear more detail about what you are doing these days in real estate.
