LTR with pool
Seeking some advice. I am acquiring a distressed property that I am planning to rent long term. The backyard has a full outdoor kitchen, hot tub and a pool but... The pool needs a new liner, and I do not know if the pumps work because there is no water in the pool. I do have a pool company coming out to provide estimates. Does anyone have experience renting with a pool, water the pros and cons, door fix the pool or fill it in and sod the backyard, is there a way not to limit liability?
