Dont be the unlicensed re agent sitting in his underwear tethered to his desktop all day blasting out stale "off market" deals with the hopes that one sticks.

I am mainly using a desktop computer, but this issue also occurs on my laptop.

I'm on my desktop running Win7.

My only choices are paying for a BPO that might not be accurate, or trying to reach multiple realtors until I find one that will help with a desktop CMA.

Desktop or Online?

We have payed professionals who can fight to lower your assessed value or we have also had a desktop appraisal done for around $100 then we take that to the assessor's office and give them the info and right there they will tell us what it should be lowered to, and we didint have to pay anyone.

Once you purchase it, it will automatically open (desktop) or you can download the Kindle app (on your smartphone) and sync it with your Amazon account - very easy to do.

Some will allow the full appraisals to be converted to exterior only or desktop while others will still require a full interior/exterior inspection. 

I am really annoyed that is spent 2 months working with Penfed and paid $490 for an appraisal, and their appraisal came back at $840K-  I got a HELOC in 2017 and the property was valued more then, and just refi'd and the desktop appraisal (usually more conservative than walk through) estimated $950K.
