Also your perspective are you an agent, pm or investor.For example in Cleveland the east side has tons of A communities by income standards but the turn times of how long a property sits on the market is atrocious.

Fortunately, all major capex are in great shape (roof: 5 years, AC: 3 years, siding: 6 years).I just wanted to say a big thank you to the BiggerPockets community!

Not to mention the notario, the bank trust, and other hoops to own in a beachfront community outside the United States. 

But doesn't have any property advertising, prospective tenant applications/screening, or any of that side of the business. 

I am thinking of that being one of my next big projects if the community is wanting it. 

We have a shortage of qualified applicants and conventional renters, which was created over Covid 19.

We are in a safe community, so tenants can choose to leave the door unlocked or hide a key under the mat.

I'm in the process of comping duplexes vs condos, but was hoping for community input on any local factors I might be missing.
