I have thick skin my life gets threatened every day and I get into fights with people that want blood, I was merely pointing out that calling somebody a loser for putting out bandit signs is pretty ridiculous when the whole point of bigger pockets is to help out each other and not tear people down.

I would refund the deposit amount in the lease - minus any claim - to the tenant and chalk up the difference to a life lesson.I am glad you circulated Estoppel Certificates to the tenants.

The catch here is that you need to pay for a reappraisal if you think your sweat and blood have built up enough equity to qualify.
