RE has earned a bad rap, worse than used car dealers, operators and investors have brought it upon themselves and it all boils down to a bit of disrespect of the industry out of a lack of knowledge, that stemming from those starry eyed groupies being too lazy to learn being overcome by greedy selfishness, in other words, not interested in learning what might be seen as nonproductive aspects of the industry.

And I remember reading in one of Robert Kiyosaki's books he said that financial intelligence is stemmed from your vocabulary that you use; just how a doctor has his own vocabulary and a lawyer so does an investor, a sophisticated investor most definitely.

I am aware of situations in which RE can have liitle to no value, my comment stemmed from the show itself where pros who buy at courthouse steps for cash - in such a scenario, there are no bank loans and they are usually buying at $100k or more.
