Even if it's just to have an adjuster come and tell her no... they are likely to consider it a "claim", which these days can be a broad term which is often a great reason for them to increase your annual premiums!

Hey folks,Sorry for the rather broad discussion - I've got a bit of an odd situation right now which is rather time-sensitive, so I wanted to get this out sooner (even in a more broad & vague form) rather than later.I've decided to quit my relatively high paying job in the near future to travel for awhile (couple years, visiting home ever few months or so) and possibly even retire early.

@Jay Hinrichs I admit I increased my vocabulary looking up definition of hoary, meaning old, white or ancient... but point well put and found way to Howey test (1946) for securities is broad and can be applied to JV's, LLC and general partnerships As such, those being a sponsor of agreements should have proper legal counsel to advise them appropriately with caution, as mentioned its all great until it doesn't go right and money is lost.
