The towns I can think of would be places like Waukesha, Brookfield, Watertown, Fond du Lac, West Bend, Beaver Dam, but they are all much smaller and I don't know what the markets are like.

If the property would be difficult to fill at the market rate, then go ahead and continue bending over backwards to accommodate this tenant.
