Construction of homes began in early 2022.In my experience, my commercial sites move along a much faster timeline, but this one was exciting to finally see a completed product.

You would also need to be at the project site every day watching the work and managing the contractors.

Fortunately it never came to that and I was able to scale much faster than I could have without.
