The property is a bit older and back up to a main road so its been a lot of ongoing major expenses over there, plus in a normal market it would be less desirable but the lack of inventory may keep the price relatively elevated this year.  

The problem with housing in the USA continues to be the supply more than any other single issue.The exodus is not 'so-called', it's quite real and the numbers back up the facts.

My clients had a home under contract in a HOA last year and they wanted to have the medium term rental strategy as a backup for the home.

A coworker of mine maybe interested but I like to have backup just in case he bails on me when it's time to actually lend me the money.

I suspect if interest rates come down as expected this summer that could drive prices back up here. 

So just starting to look for a backup plan now before its too late...
