(Not really sure of the authenticity of that, but I know once all the debt is gone it will make my score jump.) as far as the length of the credit history, I don't think there is anything I can do but wait. 

BUT, 17 years in DM, we've helped make the mailing an "authentic - relationship building product." -  AND, it works...  

I would verify with the notary that it was authentic prior.

went to see a home from  an investment rei company on C.L. dealing with foreclosures only. web site looks authentic enough, listing many homes sold  and some current ones for sale.

Just finished reading "Real Estate~Uncut, Direct, Authentic"~A Practical Guide To Buy, Rent, Manage, and Sell Investment Property by @Paul Camuto.

It shows more authenticity.
