We have about 100 leads we’re gonna send out post card first, then follow up with letters every Friday for about 7 weeks. 

To pick them back up if I decide to put out on Fridays and pick up on Sundays?

So I closed on on the property last Friday and discovered in my closing  disclosure I was going  to PAY for Title Insurance,  Settlement fee, title search fees and lean search fee which racked up about another 1k on top of my 15k of commissions. when I questioned why I was paying this my realtor said it that is this was normal practice for the seller to pay this??

For example we will fininsh 2 complete gut remodel apartments this Friday.

They will give us a final answer Friday but we are about 100k apart right now, so doesn't seem that promising.

We gave them a deadline to contact us  on or before Friday March 30th 2018 @5:00 pm before we would proceed with notice to quit (even though in Colorado, this is not required when the lease is going to expire anyway).

So I won't have any new information until this Friday, unfortunately.

Let's say you close Friday on the property, you are only owning the property for 5 out of 28 days in February.

I closed on a 203k last Friday.
