I am 26 years old.I just downloaded this app after stumbling upon the BiggerPockets video channel which I found in the real estate Reddit sub.I began to watch shows on DIY and HGTV as a young teenager and was always amazed at how the hosts were able to change a broken down home into something amazing and make profit.
