its a huge perception problem that sellers have and wholesalers foster it with their sales pitches.   

It makes no sense to me, since it's one of the most important skills necessary for a decent existence in any capitalist society. 

I believe our society would be better off if we stopped protecting people from the consequences of their own choices and actions. 

One question I have for you is how do you respond to people who kinda of like put down your ideas because of the fact that they are out side of what most of society is telling you is considered success?

This is the nature of human societies.

That's the nature of our overly litigious society today. 

For me we bought the duplex from a housing society so they didnt come with tenants.

Ask any attorney who will give you an honest answer, and they'll say that a litigation lawyer is more likely to file a nuisance suit with little to no merit against a defendant with significant assets, than to file a legitimate suit with demonstrable merit against a defendant with little to no assets.Bottom line, in our super-litigious society, I think it's worth spending a few additional bucks to have plenty of liability coverage.

The number of pictures is good as a representation but quite often one's perception of a home from images will be different when they actually view the property; room sizes, personal feel, etc. 

It seems like most peoples perception of wholesaling is that it's easy money and doesn't require a lot of knowledge.
