In the next few years I may be moving back to Pittsburgh so this could be an option for me in the future.I did complete the backyard rehab project myself, where I went from a weed-ridden red cobblestone courtyard patio to a comfortable pea gravel patio with chairs, firepit, grill, string lights and life-sized games.

However I tend to think a Section 8 tenant is more comfortable living off the system and are more likely to identify as a victim which is kind of a red flag.I own about 20 section 8 units and I like them (super gravy for the tenants) but my tenants are all over 55.
