Also, I have asked them over text at least twice if they have a police report, no answer (you can see why I want to get them out of there, I shouldn't have to put up with this from adults).I wanted to make sure I did get something in writing, s I questioned them over text:Me: When was the attempted break in and did you file a police report?

She sulks off saying she doesn't have to listen to me and I say OK well you will listen to the police if I have to tell her again.I am coming out the house with the remainder check and she has been in the house again as the old garage foot wiping rug is now sitting on the apartment doorstep!!!!

I found a terrific building, but once I started doing research I realized it was in a very high crime area (murders, drug dealers, etc). 5 blocks away from the building was fine, but the exact location of the building was a really bad area.I would definitely visit any property you're thinking of purchasing, as well as talk to the local police about the area you're considering.Good luck!

(Which is what you pay a property manager to do for you). 5) You are out of state6) If you fly/drive over for eviction court (Which in reality is the next step) You can state over and over how "The neighbor Lisa said that..." and without Police reports they are going to be thrown out and still living in your property until they decide to leave.7) Loud parties without the police being involved are not in any way a violation of their lease (Unless you have written something in that says, "Neighbors complaining are a violation and I will trust their words more than your right to the property).

Notify when police show up, when common area sprinkler goes off etc.,3) Provide tenant with video feed of camera at his front door and send alerts if strangers show up or if there is any security issue like attempted breakin.
