Hey all, I’ve listened to nearly every BP Podcast and ready several books on investing and I finally decided to flip the switch. I close on my first property at the end of the week in which I am using the BRRRR Method. Wish me luck!! P.S. A little about me. 27 year old police officer that just recently got my brokers license with the intent of using it for investing.
