I can increase my income when I need to by renting another unit, or increase my free time by hiring out more of the on-site property set-up and maintenance work. 

Its hard at first, you want to please, but you need to know when you do give in, you are training your tenant on how to work with you.  

These might be covered in the Bootcamp training but most people will never take that path.
