Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Jake DiGiovanni from Andover, Massachusetts, passionate about real estate investing and looking to take that initial leap. I'm particularly passionate about properties in Southern New Hampshire and the North Shore. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy ultra running, taking in the outdoors however I can. As well as training towards an Iron Man one day.
