I did one of the liners for my sewer line which ran right under a very large oak tree… I was quoted 28k to replace the pipe, or 7k to do a liner.

@Daren Gaynair since the lease doesn't specifically say the owner has to pay, recommend you at least try to bluff the tenant into paying.
