We have been researching all the buzzy markets like #Boise, #Austin, #Nashville, #Tampa, #Houston...but the more I read on Biggerpockets, the more it seems these markets are tapped out and too difficult to find deals (even read a post from someone in Nashville saying it is 7-8 years too late!).  

Sounds like you have a great background in business and design, if you ever have any questions about Memphis or Nashville I invest in both markets and am a licensed agent in TN.

I work as a boilermaker but I’m wanting to know how to wholesale houses as well and I was wondering if there was anybody around Dickson and Nashville TN who does this and might be able to walk me through doing it.
