House Hacking in Nashville help
Hi, I am a new investor still looking for my first deal in the Nashville and surrounding areas. To get my feet wet I am looking to House Hacking. I would like to find a home where I can live in and rent out another portion of it. I would like there to be seperate entrances for the other units.
My question is how do I find something like that? Does this exist in the nashville area? Would you reccomend a getting a realtor to get into the weeds on this type of home? Anybody out there that does this and can help me get started?

Hey Matthew - there are still great ways to house hack in Nashville. I got my start on my first 2 properties this way.
I’ve posted about it before, but in short take a look at 60’s ranches. Great houses with finished and unfinished basements...
