Solid Class B neighborhood multi-family.So I have 3 choices of sinks, and I'd love to have your opinions on which of the 3 "Under-mount" sinks you think would be most likely to attract new Class-B tenants and keep them. 

Todd do you really think the tenant has the money to mount vigorous litigation.. you probably have his app and his or her income when you rented it to them.. and I don't think free legal aid is going to step in on this one.. ?? 

We wound up going with Cox so we'll go ahead and move your dish/mount/cinder blocks into my storage unit down the street.

First - the attic mounted HWH should be on an elevated platform.  

Have a flatscreen in every bedroom, cleanly mounted without tacky wires.

Drilling and mounting will be easier.

Hills District, Garfield, Highland Park, East Liberty, Mount Oliver, Carrick and Carnegie ,. 

Charleston and Mount Pleasant are very expensive, but North Charleston and Hanahan are much less inflated. 

I am looking for anyone connected with the Sturtevant or Mount Pleasant, WI real estate community.

Those should only be allowed in rural areas and even then ground mounted out back/out of sight.
