Most of the homes with older/original foundations get a lot of moisture and dampness, some of which can be controlled with dehumidifiers and some that cant.

And in general, people here (and this post) ascribes too much in the way of magical powers to an LLC.If Kate is the sole operator of an LLC, and the fact that decisions are being made by her alone and work done by her is provable, that LLC will be very easy to penetrate.

The first thing you do is fix water penetration wherever it is coming from.

The moisture was trapped under the plastic, so it was much slower.

Not that this is always indicative of heaving or moisture, but other signs can include cracked tiles or grout cracking in an otherwise good tile job, bulged wood flooring, corners of vinyl squares coming up, etc, especially if near a bath or kitchen sink.

Otherwise the brick will suck moisture out of your stucco decreasing its strength.

The finish is very dull and gone in most areas, but I poured a little water on the floor and it doesnt readily penetrate through the painted spots as it does on the plain concrete.
