Despite the small preventative maintenance and home owning surprises ( hornet nest, leaking AC, sink clogs) it's been pretty smooth sailing, and now I'm itching to get another property.

I've been itching to get into real estate investing but currently live in silicon valley and decided its not the market for me right now.

I'm itching to buy in the high desert area of CA (Apple Valley, Hesperia, etc).

Seems like the IT industry has a 20 yr itch to get out.

Something that's been itching my brain for some time..

I am very impatient and am itching to get my next property and I don't want to make a bad financial decision based on my being impatient.I know it's a lot but I just am looking around how best to use my resources to further my portfolio the quickest. 

About a year ago I started to get the itch to buy a house and got Brandon Turner's book on Real Estate investing and I became hooked.I've made it my goal this year to buy my first property by July after a year of working on improving my finances and credit.

But, this itch inside has led me to this wonderful site and i'm seeing a different way. 

What I do know is that now I've got an itch to find a real deal, and I won't stop until I've scratched that itch.
