Hello,My name is Felix I am looking for a good market.I have 70k-100k liquid and am looking for a key people that will help me.I am currently living in Israel and the ROI here is pretty low (4-5% if you get lucky ) with the numbers that I have you could buy one that can produce that return,- My goal is to get involve into multi family  .- I have a syndicator that promotes deal's in Milwaukee market, looks good the return is 10% after expanses and we doing the deal all CASH I think the only problem is that I am don't is it's a good idea to leave the funds for at least 5 years in this market

Hi,i found a house in Atlanta which is in a poor condition and looks optional for a flip deal.I live in Israel and i don't exactly know how to evaluate the ARV and figure out how much should i pay for the house.I thought of contacting an agent and ask him what he thinks, but i don't really know anybody there. does any of you have a trustworthy agent i can contact, or some other idea that will help me evaluate if this is good deal?

im and out of state investor (actually out of the country...) im not investing in Texas yet, (hopefully ill start late summer) but in a different U.S. market.I live in Israel, and investing OOS, especially in the U.S. is very popular here, and the main concern we have is that there is not enough deals for everyone.sure its more complicated that to invest O.O.S. and we all have horror contractors stories, but that doesnt REALLy stopped us, im specifically, in the middle of 42k fix and flip project, and I cant wait to finish it , only to start the new one.there also alot of us that prefer to buy a rent-ready house and just enjoying the cash flow, but wheres the excitment in there?
