Windsor is a great option here in Ontario.however considering you are looking at all of Ontario - you should really consider the eastern provinces - Nova Scotia etc.

@Dan StrandbergNor are you likely to find such a thing.Privacy legislation generally precludes a business model which traffics in such information.Depending upon your province, there may be a centralized land registry or taxation authority where you can access such information for a specific property  - there may be a per transaction fee or subscription required.
