Myself have gotten my real estate license at 18 and my Brokers at 20 and making commissions all these years ..

Would you suggest an experienced attorney or is it best to work through a leasing broker?

I have worked for lenders, I've brokered, and I have worked with real and true private money and even closed loans funded by a hedge fund of a syndicate of investors.  

Networking with brokers, wholesalers, and property managers in your target markets can open doors to off-market opportunities.

You can also sell them on sites like paperstac, debexpert or others as well as brokers like Mission Capital, Rams or Phoenix.Depending on quality of paper and interest rate will determine sales price - also I would say self servicing can have a negative impact on the sales price as the major players in the space are not fond of self servicing. 

I began inviting them to online zoom meetings I would hold with brokers, agents and investors... friends I had made along the way, where we would just talk strategy, loan types, current market trends etc.

I redid the master bathroom by removing the tub and putting in a standing shower with white granite looking tile, and a custom glass shower door.

Not working with a broker, open to suggestions.
