I'd love to grab a cup of coffee when convenient for you!

If I build an ADU will my property taxes go up.My mother is disabled and needs a structure that is convenient for her. 

I made an offer on a 4-plex last week but to my surprise the selling agent just found it convenient to mention today that the seller has "started the eviction process" on one of the tenants - rookie mistake I know I should have dug deeper and not assumed anything. 

You can't beat Atlanta for growth, appreciation, ok income yield, and convenience if you live here.  

It seems so convenient everything is handled from consolidated place.

As I understand these are pretty hands off real estate deals, which is nice for convenience but i'm really scratching my head thinking that a 8-13% return is worth the risk, especially considering what US equities have done over the last several years.

It's super convenient and it makes sense to stay here for the next 4 years. 

To me, however, that convenience was outweighed by the negatives I described in my earlier post.

this article seems to summarize the issue.... its weird that rentals outside the downtown area are charging similar rent without the convenience or updates these new complexes are offering.
