Wow, I could think of 100 better things to do with my time and money versus sitting in a class that teaches you how to past a test.You're better off reading all the free things here on BP, networking with people, and educating yourself on the market than to spend 75-100 hours in a classroom or online watching someone teach in my opinion.

Wow, we have a lot in common...I purchased a condo in Atlanta in 2004rode the wave, kept it rented and the value has gone back up, all while the mortgage being paid downrun my own "business" (I do freelance development)I have also saved up a good bit and deciding where to put it.
