The ownership team of one of the cabins we stayed in continually finds it challenging to keep good housekeepers and grounds staff.  

I'd recommend reaching out to @Jake Hottenrott He's a CPA and REI specialized and has a CPA on staff who is more specifically House Hack specialized, she's been on the BP podcast as well

As long the cost of living rises, one would expect salaries to increase or else we would see what we are seeing today, not enough staff to run businesses, loss of jobs, loss of income etc.

On a less physical level, such as say economics, these classes on their own don’t force the critical thinking or provide the give-and-take found in a classroom.Don’t get me wrong, they supply a tremendous amount of basic knowledge missing worldwide in an easy to access form.

I saw those online comments/complaints from Anderson staff as well.

Someone pulled an AK-47 out and started gunning people down, meanwhile bullets were spewing at the building where our maintenance staff were ducking for cover and on the phone with me scared for their lives.

Perhaps a builder who has an interior designer on staff or has a showroom so you can see what their finishes and construction quality are like.

Their support staff is top notch and I usually get a response back within 5 minutes.
