I'm looking to learn where to find money lenders and a mentor to walk me through a few flips also looking to get a network of contractors and wholesalers to all work together to sustain steady work to do as many flips as continuously possible I have never done a flip but these are my goals thanks for any advice I'll be learning from you all.

I think everyone is hopping for that $3k per unit rental income which is not something that can be sustained in the long run IMHO... some of these areas are no Zurich!
