Once I get my agent salesperson license and am working under a broker, am I able to operate under the liability protection one of our current LLCs while also working under a broker as an Independent Contractor getting 1099s?

The statistics on the industry(NAR) tend to show the national average for Realitors is 7-8 houses sold annually.

I would check with an Independent agent in that state also

Looks to me like prices stayed the same month over month at $282k median, not that one month is really statistically significant. 

They are looking for some sort of down payment assistance to reduce the upfront costs A few of the banks and lenders that most independent mortgage brokers are signed up with offer 95% LTV at that price range. 30YF rates aren't super sexy ("No PMI!"

Thank you all, after your comments I went straight to my Agent and Told him I won't sell, Obviously he got upset but you guys helped me keep my path towards financial independence, I will take your advice @Brian Goodling refi and purchase.

Independent mortgage brokers stomp guts on "slow" and "hard to close" VA loans, bankers and direct lenders almost all really REALLY suck at them, **or** (& maybe even worse) are good at them operationally, but have the margins juiced up (we're talking 3x and 5x the normal standard profit margin for a conventional loan and for bankers and direct lenders this is lawful) such that they're taking advantage of our fellow veterans and have trash rates (for a VA loan).
