At least half of the videos are probably abject garbage or gurus selling a program.

I have funds tied up in other projects at the moment but my inbox is FULL of solid deals.We are familiar with some companies that do this.Som will only do first position loans so in many instances you need to refinance out through them and it can get expensive if you ahve a low interest rate.

What you see has already been passed over by all of the experienced investors.

But you need to structure it the right way from the beginning. 

The bank is saying that I need to put more money down (which I don't have)  or kick the can down the road until a higher paying tenant comes along which is not likely.
