Hello BP,We have about 30 units on the northwest side (Call it Belmont and Harlem) area and we struggle to effectively handle work orders that isnt a loss too us as manager.

I was wondering how much you guys believe it would effect the rental value/appeal if I was to live in the basement and keep the connecting door locked (or even removed if that won't raise zoning problems) and just use a door to the backyard/side of the house to enter/exit daily.

A lot of people will use turn key reviews you can see virtually every turn key company in america and every turn key market on ONE website.. without having to go into their squeeze page and get spammed.whats really cool is Brie also put up a comparison tab so you can pop on say a property by Smartland and compare it with one from JWB side by side.. and or any other turn key companies..check it out its a great first tool to start to narrow down your search.also from my point of view all these markets are interchangeable..

The exact threshold is a little grey but generally once the renovation entails 60-70%+ it would be deemed "significant".On a side note: When posting a new thread to BP, post it once in the most appropriate forum and please do not spam the same message across several forums.
