I take a much more laid back approach that probably wouldn't work well for most, it's not my bread and butter as it is something to do, might say a hobby LL.I have no clue of leasing agreements up there in the Tundra, pretty much why landlords need common covenants in a lease, if the place is every to be transferred for any reason, the next guy has some immediate recourse with bad tenants and good tenants can turn bad in a day!

Hello,Let's say a real estate investor is trying to finance a commercial property with investors through an investment bank.If he/she contacted more than one investment bank,and more than one responded back with interest and wanted to do business with him/her further, what would be the right and ethical thing to do for the investor?
