You have the right to protect your property.

But once you have them on a password protected website or private email list you can happily market your contracts to them.

In exchange for your time you get their expertise and will get a fee when you find suitable deals.

Rather than give advice on how to protect your investment and mitigate risk my advice is do not invest with family.

Best for personal protection, and tax purposes when first starting out?

Why would you form an llc, supposedly for liability protection, then commingle funds by personally paying the llc bills, immediately killing any protection you thought you had?
