@Trent Wyss - If you are looking to get into the commercial assets class you are probably best off getting your license and joining a Marcus and Millichap or one of the other key players in commercial real estate.

I like the value proposition thoughThe program is more on giving you the tools to find the right players like where to look and how to vet them, not necessarily a contact list.

I did some research with competitors and think occupancy is just hovering at 70-80% occupancy across the larger players.- the whole "raising rents" concept may not work due to the community that it's serving (lower income)- generally afraid of massive amounts of lay payments (which is part of the current problem)Thanks for the help, all
