There were other issues too - not answering the phone when we had a prearranged call, not filing paperwork timely, etc.

Just need a little asistance in what paperwork is involved to close a wholesale deal, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciate.

If a lender hits you with paperwork at the closing table that includes unexpected fees that you didn't expect, I'd walk away. 

The title company had to call a few different attorneys to find one that would write up the correct paperwork.

Depending on how many years in you still might be paying off medical student loans and also equipment for the practice.Some docs do not own the practice but have Wellstar or similar run everything and they just see patients & do not deal with all the paperwork anymore.Your income should be great as a doc.

Taxing agencies are notoriously slow, the IRS particularly slow since their budget got slashed in the last budget cycle, but they are particularly good about filing paperwork and documentation to make sure that they come in under the statute of limitations.
