They can of course do all the Conventional & Government loans, but they need to also do Portfolio, hard money, fix n flip, HELOC's and commercial to be able to offer all investors all products they would ever need.

Wholesaling it & Putting it out on the MLS are both going to net similar outcomes for you.Although options #2 & #4 become more interesting bc as everyone can see the market is hot almost everywhere.Taking the options of BRRRing the property & cashing out is definitely a great one just as well as FIX-n-FLIP.
