Use those 3 to get a $/sq. ft. price range, then compare to a space I'm looking to buy. 

The neighborhood appears to have been developed 100 years ago without regard to spacing and probably before zoning or automobiles even existed, so there's no off street parking, no space. 

The method will be:-Implement professional management-Rebrand the property-Raise rents to market rates-Use existing unused space for rentable storage space-Make the tenants feel that we care about them and keep 'em coming back for more.

Hi SeanYes I could add storage units or laundry but I’d rather make that space livable.

The unemployment rate in NE Florida is under 3% and its a tough place to try and find warehouse space.
