Dear Landlords, As an investor, my biggest asset is my property.

Landlords may be looking at totally different market rates as the market will bear, administrators here are looking at thousands of inspected and qualified units which may give a different inventory assumption.

On top of that, you get great appreciation and very landlord friendly laws.

I'm wondering if any landlords in Portland, OR can share the screening criteria they currently use.

Only do land and not houses.  

Goal is to move out and find a quieter peace of land and use this house as a rental.
