Join the crowd that is jumping ship.....smart man.

I joined the contractors FB page. 

Looking to scale into the multifamily arena, I began investigating services that offer opportunities to join their community and "be coached" to achieve this task more effectively.Most of these services charge upwards of $20k-$40k. 

Feel free to join and meet a bunch of people in different areas of real estate. 

I've already joined the local chamber of commerce for their networking events.

Join them all, narrow down to what works for you.  

@Oliver Sparks you might fond it useful to join local REI Associations and make presentations to locals looking to participate.

There's one nationwide wholesaler that I joined their mailing list for, and as a realtor, I cross checked their comps.

Join a company that has programs and resources..... for example our brokerage has a mortgage company that has basically zero lending fees....so on average that saves the buyers about $4500.
