Hi Everyone, for those who are already retired or plan on retiring... where are you heading or staying?

I am in the middle of David Greene’s BRRRR book and I can’t quite get my head wrapped around the strategy.

Make sure you are financially sound though prior to investing as those habits will be very important to being sure you don't get in over your head.

Just a heads-up: Philly L&I will not expedite blueprint examinations for EXISTING structures.

I will say I was darn lucky to come out with just a couple cuts on my hands, torn pants, and some scraps on my head.

I did work with an incredible realtor in Cornwall Ontario Canada. that's where I did this Reno. he helped me determine one an ARV and come up with some numbers for rent and gave me tons of heads up. also worked with the people from Upper Canada mortgage!

Thanks for the recommendations, my head has been buried in the sand for a bit this tax season so I haven't been on here as much.
