They didn't have any big marketing campaign or advertising budget, all of their bookings either came through their facebook page or word of mouth. 

It makes my family happier, which makes people they interact with happier and so on.

A lead that came from word of mouth by telling everyone my goal!

I was amazed to find out this information but I put my own foot in my mouth for not believing that it could be possible.It is kind of like rules and regulations there are all ways loop holes that void the rule itself and take upon another situation.

In other words, it's done by word of mouth, phone and faxes and MLS isn't even used.
