This market is very different than others in the past because of the high inflation low unemployment high interest rate environment I am located in northern Virginia and still a sellers market

Considering the current economic environment talking down the seller is definitely an option worth considering.

In my STR on Lake Superior I have a separate room for fish cleaning and a cutting board to do it outside in the summer.
